Data Deletion
This page explains how to ask for the information TaskBot24 keeps to be deleted, and what is deleted automatically. The full details are in the privacy policy, sections 6 and 9. The Hebrew version of this page is the binding one.
1Managers and business owners
To delete all of your business's information:
- Email info@taskbot24.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the business name and the phone number you signed up with.
- We will confirm that the request came from you, usually with a message to the registered number.
- Within 30 days we will delete or anonymise the business's information: manager and worker details, tasks, recordings, transcripts and proof files. We will send you a confirmation when it is done.
Billing records are kept for 7 years, as required by tax law. Backups are deleted automatically after 14 days.
2Workers
- To stop receiving messages from the bot, send it: stop
- To have your information deleted, contact your employer: they entered your details and can remove you. You can also contact us at info@taskbot24.com, and we will coordinate the deletion with them.
