Every field task closes. And you know when.
You record a voice note in WhatsApp. TaskBot resolves it into tasks and sends each one to the right person — in their own app, in their own language. When the task closes, the proof reaches you.
No credit card · Nothing for staff to install · Deployed in five minutes
Each worker gets it in their own app and language:WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger
- Yoav, the manager, records an instruction in WhatsApp.
- TaskBot transcribes the recording and works out who does what, and by when.
- Yoav checks the summary and approves it.
- The task moves to Daniel's phone. No new app, no sign-up.
- Daniel gets the task in his own WhatsApp, with the deadline and the proof required.
- Daniel attaches the proof and marks the task done.
- Back with Yoav: the task is done, and the proof arrives in the same thread.
Illustration only. Nothing is recorded here and no real messages are sent.
A familiar picture.
Four questions that recur for every field manager, several times a day.
Did I assign that, or did I only intend to?
Has it been completed?
Which of the team did I give it to?
Why am I calling again just to establish status?
End to end
You speak. TaskBot manages.
One task, from the recording to the close.
A voice message in natural speech. Several tasks can be conveyed in a single recording.
TaskBot identifies the owner, the task, the deadline and the target language.
The employee receives a task card in their own WhatsApp, with single-tap confirmation. No link, no registration.
Notification on completion, and an alert on any overdue task. No manual enquiry required.
Every employee, in their own app.
The manager sends once. Each person receives it in the channel they already keep open.

What the system does
Full control. Without chasing anyone.
Five capabilities that run in the background, with nobody having to ask.
A multilingual team, one channel
The manager records in their language. The employee receives and replies in theirs. The manager reads the reply in their own.
TaskBot transcribes the voice message
Identifies the task and the person accountable for it
Translates into the employee's language and delivers it
Translates the completion report back to the manager
Control, not message delivery
Every task carries a state that advances on its own. Nobody has to be asked.
Derived from the recording, awaiting the manager's approval
Delivered to the employee's WhatsApp
The employee has viewed the task
The employee has reported starting work
Confirmed by the employee, manager notified
Deadline passed without confirmation — an alert is issued
Alerts on exceptions only
Only when a task is overdue and still open.
TaskBot does not flood the manager with updates. It raises an alert once the deadline has passed without confirmation, and presents the available actions immediately — remind the employee, or move the deadline.
Recurring tasks, defined once
Defined once. Sent on its own.
Standing procedures — closing rounds, stock counts, systems checks. Instead of re-issuing them by hand each day, the rule is defined once and the task goes out automatically, on schedule, to whoever is on shift.
Daily operating picture
What closed, what is open, what needs attention.
A consolidated report reaches the manager at the close of the working day. Need it mid-shift? Sending “status” returns the same picture immediately.

The hidden cost of manual follow-up
Every status enquiry is a call, a wait, and an answer to be remembered. Multiplied across the day's tasks, it consumes a full working hour.
Has the task been completed?
What is the current status?
Was the instruction delivered?
Who is accountable for this?
When will it close?
Cost of manual follow-up
60 minutes per day
22 hours per month
Calculated from the figures entered, over 22 working days per month.

Organisations where tasks are conveyed verbally, to teams who are not at a screen.
The operations manager records a room round; the team confirms floor by floor.
Receiving a delivery and reconciling it against the manifest, without a single call.
A safety round before the shift, in each worker's own language.
Closing the day at the branch, with an alert if the deadline passes.
Standing procedures that open on their own, with nobody reminding anyone.

Frequently asked questions
Is any installation required of employees?
No. Employees receive tasks in their own WhatsApp and confirm completion with a single tap. There is no application, no password and no training.
Does the organisation need a new WhatsApp number?
No. TaskBot connects to the existing business number, and use of the WhatsApp Business application continues as before.
How long does deployment take?
Approximately five minutes: connect the business number, enter the staff list, and record the first instruction.
How are recognition errors prevented?
Before anything reaches an employee, the manager approves a summary of what TaskBot resolved. Where a material detail is missing, it presents a single clarifying question rather than filling the gap by assumption.
Can instructions be recorded in natural speech?
Yes. Relative expressions — “by midday”, “tomorrow morning”, “at the end of the shift” — are resolved into absolute times in the organisation's time zone.
Which languages are supported on the employee side?
The manager records in their own language and the employee receives it in the one configured for them. The completion report returns translated. Language is set once per employee.
What is the retention policy for recordings?
The recording is deleted automatically after 30 days. The transcript is retained briefly for review purposes and can be shortened in the organisation's settings.
What happens when an employee does not respond?
TaskBot issues a reminder and escalates to the manager only in the absence of a reply. Alerts are raised on exceptions only.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation is available in any month and takes effect at the end of the billing cycle. There is no minimum term.
Fewer enquiries. Greater operational certainty.
